Project GAIA is about forming a new luxury experience by interconnecting people together through an object and its surrounding environment.
The luxury car segment is one steeped in history. Black tinted windows are commonly used to block out the world, not only making the interior a dark place to inhabit, but also creating a divide between the relationship of the user and the surrounding environment. We are seeing a growing shift in society’s definition of luxury, people are more eager for tangible, special experiences.

The form acts as a bridge, to connect the front deck and more enclosed seating pod, the bridge concept is key as it allows the passengers to meander from one end to another and enjoy their surroundings. The Layered deck adds theatre and genuine separation to the space, most importantly allowing a free-flowing nature to GAIA.

The deck area towards the front of GAIA is designed to be an open social space, allowing people to mingle and interact with each other. The bar and seating give a central meeting point on deck and help, people migrate to a singular point whilst metal and frosted glass balustrade wrap around the front allowing people to rest and enjoy the scenery around them.

The lounge is designed to be a more secluded place. You step down into this area via a staircase from the main deck. The waterfall pound gives a relaxing ambience to the space whilst creating a centrepiece to the Interior. The daybeds wrap around to give maximum comfort and versatility.
